7:00 am
I woke up. It was early and my day off, so I decided to go back to sleep.

8:00 am
This is a photo of the morning light as I was in bed. Even on days I am able to sleep-in I have been waking up early due to the light entering my room. I recently moved to a new unit in my apartment building and this unit receives a lot more light than our last one. At this moment I was upset to be up so early on the one day of fall break that I did not have to set my morning alarm. After initially being upset, I realized that this assignment and the lack of plans for the day allowed for me to sit and appreciate this moment.

1:00 pm
After waking up and getting ready, I decided to go to my studio. This is a photo taken of a building next to my studio at 15/15

2:00 pm
Skylight in 15/15 building.

3:00 pm
Wallpaper in the upstairs bathroom at 15/15.

4:00 pm
I walked to the Print Lab to make films for screenprinting.

5:00 pm
Plants in the Print Lab. It was closed for fall break, but it is where I work so I was alone in the building.

6:00 pm
Back at 15/15 building. The exposure unit is broken, so my screen image came out blurry. There was a note left to sit on the exposure unit in order to get the vacuum to suction properly. I tried this, but the weight of one person was not enough. I even brought a stack of books from my studio to add weight. There were no other students working in the lab at the time, so I ended up calling my roommate to help. This process of printing is usually very easy, but the broken equipment made it difficult and time consuming. With the help of my roommate I was able to expose the screens I needed and continue printing.

7:00 pm
I spent the weekend editioning old screenprints.

8:00 pm
Trimming, curating and bagging my prints.

9:00 pm
Seen on my walk home.
